I-Buzz is looking to further develop and enhance its line of full-service, digital-marketing ideas factory built to create authentic branded experiences. We have offices in Toronto, New Jersey, Dubai and Pakistan.

WE NEED:
We currently have an opening in our Dubai office for a Senior Account Executive who is looking to lend their relationship management, strategic thinking and creative savvy to our projects and is interested in expanding our client base. The ideal candidate is an exceptional networker who has a passion for new business development, digital marketing, social media, mobile, creative work, web technologies, and experience with keeping high-profile clients happy.

Skills
• Minimum 4+ years of experience at a creative, advertising and/or interactive company as an account supervisor or new business development

• Experience in sales and leading new business pitches

• Stellar networking and interpersonal skills

• Lives by the motto “over promise, over deliver”

• An eye for all things creative, and an ability to advocate for the value of creative work to clients

• A proven ability to think strategically and advise clients on best marketing/advertising practices

• An ability to build strong relationships with clients and potential clients

• A genuine passion for creative ideas and killer execution

• Strong writing, communication and negotiation skills

• Experience building and tracking budgets and schedules

• The ability to manage deliverables and communicate effectively with team members

• Comfortable with web-based and project management tools for day-to-day process and communication

• Knowledge of common front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks and platforms

• Knowledge of project management principles, processes and software

• An entrepreneurial attitude (leader not a follower)

• Strong attention to detail and love for all things organizational

• Team spirit – ‘that’s not my job’ is not part of your vocabulary
