Senior Corporate Communications Manager | Dubai, UAE

An international financial services firm is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Communications Manager sitting within the Corporate Affairs business unit.

Reporting into the Head of Corporate Affairs, with management responsibilities, the successful candidate’s mandate is to add strategic direction to the Bank’s business as well as raising the bank’s profile as an Employer of Choice and of it’s sustainability initiatives.

The role covers a mixture of corporate affairs, however the successful Senior Corporate Affairs Manager will have proven experience across the following areas:
- CSR and sponsorship initiatives
- Government Relations / Communications
- Brand development and execution
- Community Programme management

You will have to implement a range of communications programmes to ensure engagement with local communities, key influencers and staff. You will also forge strong relationships with HR to drive and build staff engagement opportunities and events around Values & Brands.

Package is AED 40,000 + per month & bonus and benefits.
Relocation package is available.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be working in Financial Services or a CSR environment and have a solid depth of experience within corporate affairs and the areas listed above. Being able to influence and manage projects at a senior level is essential and fluency in Arabic would be ideal, as is exposure to a financial services firm in the MENA regions.
