• Responsible for assisting Sound Supervisor
• Responsible for ensuring that Audio equipment within the Production environment is working correctly.
• Setting-up and testing of microphones under supervision of the Sound Supervisor.
• Recording sound on file or tape based media as required.
• Synchronized playback of audio effects, music and dialog as directed by the Sound Supervisor.
• Working closely with other operational departments within the studio environment.
• Working with the Sound Supervisor, Engineering, and the Production team to ensure that TWOFOUR54 clients experience the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Any other reasonable duties required by the management.

Skills
• Experience in professional, medium to large studio & on-location TV production.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to translate client’s and Sound Supervisor’s requirements into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively and reliable as part of the team.
• Enthusiasm, motivation and a proactive manner
• Ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, common sense and problem-solving skills as unexpected issues may arise regularly.
• Client facing attitude

Seniority Required
At least 3 years in a TV production environment.

Professional Background Required
• Relevant vocational qualifications.
• Experience of working in a commercial multi-client environment or Broadcaster.
• Experience of working with a Sound Supervisor to the highest levels of service and reliability.
