Must establish, plan & review the requirements and specifications for company telecom services

Prepares feasibility studies & scope from the new projects

Supervises the engineering of new installations or expansions of facilities

Assist in the resolution of work problems

Supervises vendors, contractors & technicians

Review bidders list and bid documents

Prepares technical reports

Assisting users in preparing their telecom budgets and clearing their invoices

Participates in more complex faultfinding and repair activities of systems & equipments

Ensures compatible equipment and compliance with relevant technical specs and user’s requirement

Engineers Processing units requirements for telecom services, including equipment layout,expansion capability, routine plans

Coordinate with colleagues in IT,network & security team, department managers

Report to IT infrastructure and Operations Managers
