Web Projects Manager/ Coordinator | Kuwait

We are looking for a professional project manager to handle a team of web designers and developers for website development projects in Kuwait and GCC.

The role would include requirements gathering, site structure definition, storyboarding with team, identifying website roles, project planning and resource allocation, and client interaction and consultancy. PMP certification is a plus.

The candidate is required to have strong communication skills, especially in english (arabic is a plus), team management ability and have a good track record of meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
1) Defining site structure and content areas
2) Storyboarding and concept with designers to communicate/ interface with the client.
3) Develop professional project time lines and plans and adhere to them strictly.
4) Follow up on post project services such as annual maintenance and online marketing services
5) Manage team tasks and due dates
6) Develop strong communication channels between the company and the client.

Skills
1) Strong communication skills
2) Enhance customer satisfaction by adhering strictly to project plan buffers and deadlines.
3) Fluent English speaker with Arabic speaking a plus
4) Team management ability and skills to motivate by providing approved incentives and programs
5) Efficiently coordinate between client design tastes and designers.
6) Follow up on post project activities such as maintenance and hosting
