A newly established Kids Nursery/Community Centre opening in Ibn Batuta Mall is urgently seeking a Marketing assistant for a period of 3 months.
Tasks include:
• Assist in the new Nursery awareness in the market and community.
• Support the company’s Advertising, PR, web content, research and in house communication system.
• Marketing support including in-house creation of advertising material
• Design and develop marketing materials e.g. corporate brochure, flyers, and social media profiles, website, etc.
• Monitor production of marketing materials to ensure consistency and appropriateness
• Develop and integrate marketing activities across Mall and community
• Coordinate and communicate with external agencies and suppliers effectively.
• Internet and marketing research
• AED 5,000 plus petrol and out of pocket expenses.

• Ability to communicate with and gain confidence of clients
• Ability to adapt to and work within the Nursery culture
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized and ability to work independently
• Able to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments
• Knowledge of website and marketing
• Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
• 2-5 years of experience in the marketing industry.
