Marketing Director | Al Moez Holding Cairo, Egypt
The holding company has been recently formed with the purpose of monitoring, optimising, and taking the group forward. This is a role for a Marketing Director that will be responsible for Almoez Holding Group. The role requires a candidate with a holistic approach and vision to control Marketing of all the companies within the holding company. In addition to the usual daily tasks, it is required to create /enhance and implement effective Marketing campaigns and monitoring performance of the team.
Principal Accountabilities:
Key activities and decision making areas:
•Develop the overall direction of the marketing function based on set strategies;
• Align and prioritise goals;
• Conduct a detailed market research and provide SWOT analysis to the board;
• Ensure accurate & timely supply of rolling sales forecasts finance department.
• Guide team members to optimise marketing methods
• Ensures constant update of the different marketing tools
• Work closely with regional sales teams to assist in identifying opportunities
Customers / Stakeholders:
•Board of directors
Leadership & Teamwork:
•Will head marketing teams for 4 companies
Operational Effectiveness & Control:
•Understand and ensure compliance with, all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
Major Challenges:
• Understanding the different activities within the group in a short time.
• Create and implement successful campaigns
Management of Risk:
• Is aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with the role and acts in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations.
Skills
• Similar position held, proven track record of successful Marketing campaigns
• Experience in leading effective change;
• Strong academic credentials;
• Ability to verbally present and create PowerPoint presentations to internal and external clients;
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
