Propertyfinder.ae, the UAE’s No.1 property portal, announces the launch of a new version of its web site. The release has a level of sophistication and technology which rivals even the best web sites in the western world and includes an updated, clean and uncluttered look and feel as well as a number of new features aimed at helping UAE property seekers find their new home or business location more quickly and easily.

Propertyfinder.ae lists over 40,000 properties available to buy or rent from around 200 of the country’s leading agents and brokers. Since entering the market in October 2007, the site has been accessed by over 2 million unique users and has delivered over 100,000 email leads to agents.
Today’s launch is the first in a series of new developments for the site. Over the coming months, propertyfinder.ae will continue to roll-out new content, features and products aimed at creating a one-stop destination for all property-related matters in the UAE .
Two ways to search – Use the map to jump quickly to property listings by Emirate or perform a more detailed search using keywords such as property type, area, community, price, number of bedrooms and square footage.
Three ways to view results – Along with the regular list view, users can now pinpoint a property’s exact location by accessing details on a Google Map. There is also the stunning new photo listings view which uses new technology to allow users to preview properties by scrolling through the thousands of photos included in our listings.
Enhanced photos – All house-hunters want to see a property, inside and out. We’re working with agents to improve the quality of photos on the site and property details pages now have bigger photos with a faster thumbnail preview. The site now carries over 100,000 photos of properties to help users make that all important rent or buy decision.
Market Price Live – Want to know how the price of a property compares to the advertised average for similar property types? We’ve included this information on each property details page.
Social sharing – we’ve integrated Facebook and Twitter functionality so you can share your favourite properties with your friends and connections
Mypropertyfinder.ae – make searching for property even easier by signing up for mypropertyfinder.ae. Save searches, set up alerts and save properties to a favourites list
