• Update the schedules and report the progress (Monitor and Control).
• Add the approved changes to the schedule.
• Attend the daily/weekly meetings ( internal and with clients)
• Update Material and Shop drawings logs.
• Prepare Manpower Histogram.
• Prepare Cash Flows.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Adminstration, Procurement, Finance departments for site requirements.
• Prepare Extension Of Time.
• Prepare an MEP plan for 5000+ activities with the proper WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Sequence, Relationships, Critical Path Determining, Resource and Cost Loading.
