PR Officer | Refrigeration & Oxygen Co. Kuwait
Promotes and maintains good relations with local community and media.
Includes liaison with local dignitaries and members of the media to enhance harmonious relations, necessary for the promotion of the Company’s image.
Assists in receiving Company guests and visitors and arranges with concerned departments for their reception, accommodations, transportation and boarding as required.
Monitors local news media and prepares summaries for Senior Management on all items bearing on the Company’s operations or interests.
Identifies and distributes a variety of published materials, including Government decrees, labor laws, newspaper articles, and correspondence of possible interest to the Company
Skills
1. Must possess excellent writing skills especially Arabic, PR Skill well developed contact with different medias & related in Kuwait.
2. Knowledge of public relations and general communications principles and practices.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
4. Ability to use independent judgment and to gather, manage and impart information to the media and various other internal and external audiences. .
5. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
6. Ability to distribute written materials.
7. Ability to provide support guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise.
Experience : 5 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Language / Literacy : High proficiency in Arabic and English Languages
