Graduate Engineers in Civil/MEP with around 8-12 yrs experience in Estimation/ Tendering/ Post Contract, acumen for commercial issues, ability to interact/negotiate with Contractors/Sub Contractors. Preparing early stage budgets and detailed cost plans and perform risk and value management and cost control. Analyse results/output and prepare detailed progress reports. Be well versed in quantity take offs, BoQ preparation, tendering, estimation, contractual issues, preparation of invoices, variations/claims, checking in the field of high rise buildings. Sound knowledge of MS office Applications is required.
The candidate should also have exposure in business development
