GENERAL SUMMARY:
– This job is based on the organization of shelves and the ways of displaying the goods and complementing the missing ones in addition to removing the damaged goods and cleaning the shelves under the supervision and direction by the superiors. It is beside the goods reception of the customer and carrying out the process of the direct sales.
– The occupant of the job executes the instruction related with working under the direct supervision and direction of the showroom manager.

JOB DUTIES & TASKS

 Carrying out the process of sale.
 Achieving the sales targets of the Department / Store.
 Welcoming the customers, address their needs and requirements and helping them take the decision of purchase.
 Offering the product to the customers.
 Following up the customer through informing them of the new products and of the availability of the products they asked for previously when such products are available.
 Provide highest level of Customer Service and ensure Customer satisfaction.
 Effective communication to customers on various promotions and offers implemented by the company.
 Responsible for Visual Merchandising, arranging display of products in attractive manner in a way that is appealing to customers.
 Ensure Bar codes are available in all the products.
 Training on the new products and the ways of its operation in addition to helping the show room Manager on training the new sales associates.
 He will be responsible for his part in the showroom as follows:
• Cleanliness in the respective sections and products.
• Arranging the goods sent from the store in its place.
 Helping the showroom Manager in distribution of promotions / advertisement leaflets / pamphlets.
 Maintain highest individual grooming standards.
 Maintaining and keeping the products from theft or damage by customers.
