We seek a dynamic, energetic and proactive Sales Contracts Manager possessing strong operational and people management background. As part of the senior management team you will be instrumental in managing key operations across this growing company. You will be responsible to formulate Sales Policies, undertakes and direct the sales activities and their implementation plans and implement, advertising and other promotional activities, promote and motivate sales team in achieving the overall sales targets provide techinical support as and when required

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Liaise with Creditors
• Problem solve and trouble shoot
• Develop and drive client relationships and explore new opportunities
• Manage contracts and negotiations
• Influence and lead people in a fast paced environment
• Responsibility for key commercial & corporate business functions including purchasing
• Reporting, analysis and presentation of financial data to board
• Negotiating volume, prices and annual accounts with clients
• Controlling all administrative requirements for the commercial department
• Ensuring key accounts are supported and continuing to improve the delivery of service
• Developing and training staff
