The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a proven solution sales executive who understands how to identify prospects and convert them effectively with state of the art market leading solutions. Excellent support, overseas corporate induction, product training and resources will ensure that you become an effective and well rewarded member of the team.
As the Sales Executive for the Middle East area your first task will be to focus on the retail sector within the United Arab Emirates, principally Dubai (main office location) and Abu Dhabi, with a longer term plan for you to develop outwards in to other markets. From the UK, Europe and the USA you will have access to and support from world class marketing, branding and project management teams.
Whilst the position comes with an excellent basic salary and all the necessary tools, your real focus will be the long term financial rewards available from repeat business and incremental sales.
Finally and of significant importance is that you will be ambitious and will engage in a clear strategy to become the market leader in the whole of the GCC region. Markets such as Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar are being researched and developed now. This role has excellent career potential.
Skills
The Candidate
You will be a proven solution sales person with a demonstrable track record of identifying, developing and converting new business. Ideally you will have some understanding of the retail sector, but equally may have experience in IT, Solutions or Consultancy and relish a new challenge.
High quality presentation skills combined with exceptional abilities to communicate effectively across a broad spectrum from IT Managers through Marketing and Procurement up to and including Executive Level decision makers is critical.
Professionally you will demonstrate a tenacious and diligent work ethic, be a self starter and able to operate autonomously. You will be articulate at presenting complex ideas and solutions in an easy to understand feature / benefit style.
