Our client offers a wide range of devices and services that help prevent, treat and manage lifestyle diseases both at home and in medical institutions, in more than 100 countries in the world.

Due to continued success in the region our client is seeking experienced Sales Manager to join their already established Sales Team currently based in Dubai.

The Area Sales Manager manages business partners and designated country markets to reach agreed turnover and profit objectives. The Area Sales Manager will also be required to achieve the desired market position within the scope of the mid to long term strategy as defined by the management.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Build good business partner and key account relations, ensure proper sales and product training, manage performance and take appropriate actions within Area Sales Manager mandate.

• Gather, consolidate, analyze and report internal and external sales and marketing data using internal and external sources.

• Plan, negotiate, agree and control the annual sales budget for the designated area in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets and negotiate regular and spot business opportunities for the responsible area within the Area Sales Manager mandate.

• Based on Omron core strategy, may execute the annual regional action plan including sales and marketing activities and manage cost within allocated expense budgets.

• Manage business partner forecast and the phase in-out of old and new products in close co-operation with the marketing department and supply chain management department.

• Participate in external presentations, congresses and exhibitions in order to increase brand awareness, educate the market and gather and report market and competitor information.

All applicants must hold the following minimum skills and knowledge:

• 4-7 years sales experience in an international setting

• Knowledge of Contract Law is advantageous

• Knowledge of OTC Sales, the pharmaceutical market and/or a medical environment is advantageous

• Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Negotiation Skills

• Drivers license
