Role:
Provides direction and ensures co-operation between Store/Assistant Sales Managers. Ensures Assistant Sales Managers deliver the highest possible levels of customer service in store.
Responsibilities:
Ensures store achieves defined stockloss targets.
Carries out all loss prevention activities as defined by their stockloss action plans.
Constantly seeks to improve staff awareness of stockloss issues.
Actively seeks out and implements any additional opportunities to reduce stockloss.
Accurately and efficiently communicates any stock issues, ideas or recommendations to operations managers or brand teams.
Actively seeks out and exploits any additional opportunities to promote sales.
Sales and market analysis.
Promotional strategy.
Margin Management.
Team supervision and Coaching
