The Role

– To manage, organize and monitor sales team and company sales for Aluminium and Glazing Works to accomplish sales objectives.
– To plan, develop and implement strategic sales plans.
– Train and assist sales team to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
– To assume responsibility and accountability of finalizing profitable projects.

Requirements

Education:
– B.Sc. Civil or Architectural Engineering
– Sound knowledge and proficiency in Auto Cad, MS project or Prima Vera and all related computer software.
Desired Skills:
– Well versed in all aspects of Aluminium and Glazing works.
– Highly motivated and a good team player.
– Excellent command of Arabic and English Language.
– Good management skills.
Experience:
– More than 06 years of experience in the same field.
Salary Package:
– The company offers attractive employment package depending on the position scope of responsibility, education and experience.
Joining Date:
– On or before April 2012.
