Job Description
The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the overall business results for SADARA through a strategic approach to market and business development including Sales, Exchanges, Swaps and Tolls.
The Manager will significantly shape the development of the SADARA’s business strategy by analyzing the market and advising senior management of strategic opportunities and provide tactical direction. The Manager will also be committed to shaping customer service excellence and will take the lead role in developing and managing strategic partnerships; business relationships with key clients, partners and other organizations to further deliver and achieve SADARA’s strategic aims
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing a clear commercial vision of SADARA and achieving sales targets in selected key Middle East zone (MEZ).
• Accountable for profit and loss within the defined MEZ countries.
• Responsible for optimizing the company annual marketing plan along with the VP of Services, working with the various marketing service providers.
• Responsible for the development of the organization staff.
• Responsible and accountable for the assigned portion of the budget.

Education
Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or related discipline
