Sixty-one works from fifteen countries made it to the PIAF shortlists this year. Of those, 16 are Czech, and 15 Slovak.
Prague, 21. 5. 2018 – The prized trophies will be awarded by the jury on May 28th and 29th. The results of the competition and the showcase of the winning works will take place at the end of the Communication Summit, on May 30th at the Slovanský dům in Prague. This event replaces the annual international PIAF conferences that have taken place these past 8 years. Among the main stars is PIAF Jury Chairman Bjorn Stahl, who will answer the question “Why is it so important to be a bit scared before launching a campaign?”
“After last year’s weaker participation of domestic agencies, the situation has improved significantly and Czech have the biggest representation on the shortlists. This is the first time ever,” says Marek Hlavica, Director of PIAF.
