The War of the Cyber Worlds... Google launches the new web browser, Chrome
Finally Google decided to take action and respond to the war that has been declared by Microsoft, which is trying so hard to end Google’s domination over the search engines business, they tried to acquire Yahoo more than once, they placed a lot of pressure on Yahoo’s CEO and board of directors, and accused them for being inefficient, they tried to convince shareholders to sell their shares, and eventually after hitting many walls, Microsoft decided to create a whole new army of search engines to compete with Google.
Microsoft announced its 8th edition of the Internet Explorer, which will include two new features; InPrivateBrowsing that will allow users to browse the internet without leaving any trace, no history, no temporary files and cookies, and the second one is InPrivateBlocking, which allows users to block content from a third party, like ads for instant. Seems like this action has sent a warning sign to Google, which runs a giant advertising network that can affected bu such features.
I don’t know what’s the big deal about these features!
So Google decided to respond, and announced the launch of a new web browser, titled Chrome, the beta version should be available today in 100 countries for Windows only, the company promised to launch versions for Mac & Linux.
