In partnership with the renowned annual Weight Loss Show, u energy are proud to present the ultimate fitness challenge to hit Dubai, u energy games!

Set to be held on the 27th and 28th of January, at the Dubai International Marine Club, u energy games will be a platform designed to challenge only the fittest of the UAE, testing Dubai’s fit like they have never been tested before!!

A two day event, the first day competitors will put their strength and endurance on the line as they see who is worthy enough to compete on the final day. Using a combination of gymnastics, powerlifting, tyre flips, jump rope, rope climbing, sandbag shifting and sprints, competitors will enter grueling challenges as they enter the journey to be named u energy games fittest man, woman or team!

Launched in 2011, u energy by u concept – DIFC’s premier boutique health club – caters to the overwhelming response to UAE’s health conscious and hip, wanting to lead a healthy lifestyle in exclusive, high standard surroundings.
Set amidst an uber modern design, the state of the art health club provides a plethora of amenities including bespoke training sessions, a running track, a functional performance/sports specific training floor, a fighting cage, a climbing area, unique group classes, a healthy juice bar and u lounge, plus a live DJ to set the pace.

Nick Watson, Founder of u concept, elaborates on the philosophy behind u energy by u concept: “We wanted to create and bring the people of Dubai an experience way beyond what any other training venue offers; a life-style! About u concept
Founded in 2003, power couple Nick and Delphine Watson first established u concept as a bespoke personal training center in Village Mall. In the nine years since, u concept has expanded into a fully fledged health and fitness provider, and with the addition of Alex Nazarian, the trio are in the process of revolutionizing the health and fitness industry in the UAE.
