A wedding company looking for an experienced WOMAN wedding planner

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Meetings
* Meet with potential clients and introduce company’s work
* Communicate the creative brief taken from the client to the Design department to get innovative and luxurious projects in line with company’s image
* Elaborate a project /ideas/ own mood boards
* Edit a quotation for the client that will respect client’s budget, in line with proposed project
* Build a budget sheet after all the costs are known from suppliers or internally
* Build the schedule of the various weddings
* Get quotations signed along with advance payment from the client against receipt
* Surrender payment to the accounts department
* Present 3D design to client ( if budget allows a new 3D design work cost)
* Prepare the weddings with the production team/ the florists- communicate all informations to concerned persons
* Make sure all requirements have been followed with people from the venues (security/schedule, access…)
* Get balance payment from the client before the wedding

Event Management & CRM
* Manage the weddings themselves on site on the day of the wedding
* Attend to all details to deliver perfectly tailored project to the client
* Liaise with the client-ensure their satisfaction
* Follow up emails with client and suppliers- get feedback and share with our team

Preferred:
* Previous experience in the Gulf/UAE is required
* Arabic speaking applicants will be preferred
* Being fluent in English is a must
* Travelling abroad to meet with clients and do projects is a must
* Candidate must possess a car with a valid UAE driving license.
