Marketing Manager | Manama, Bahrain

Bahraini National required with 1 or 2 years experience for a marketing manager position with a leading Investment Bank.
• Liaisons with the advertising agency to brief, conceptualize, create and execute various marketing campaigns.
• Forge strategic partnerships to drive business growth on acquisition and cards usage.
• Initiate, execute and manage online campaigns for various products offering from the consumer bank.
• Execute various strategic & tactical campaigns across consumer bank product offering.
• Re-launch and manage the Rewards Program. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and vendors to develop superior value offerings for customers.
• Generate sizeable pipeline of ideas that meet criteria for compelling customer value and adequate potential profitability viz. strengthening the Cards Proposition, pushing EIP and other lending products.
• Increase ‘The client’ brand visibility
• Manage advertising agency relationship.
• Manage and deliver on all customer communication channels.
• The clients website content management.
• Design and Implement digital campaigns.
• Accountable for campaign results (cost – benefit analysis)

Requirements
• University graduate/Masters
• Good command of English.
• Past experience will be an advantage
