Assistant Brand Manager | Beirut, Lebanon
Our client, a world leading FMCG organisation specialising in food, currently seeks an Assistant brand manager to join their expanding team in Lebanon.
Based in Beirut, reporting to the brand Manager, you will work closely with the brand manager across the Levant market to execute the marketing plan. Much of the work will be working with AC Nielsen retail audit data to understand the drainers and drivers of the business, and you will need to make recommendations to the brand manager to improve the marketing fundamentals. You will also be involved in some ATL and BTL work and work with your advertising agency contacts on the development and execution of marketing collateral.
As the ideal candidate, you must be degree educated in business or marketing and have a maximum of 8 months within an FMCG multinational marketing experience. You will have initiative and creativity as well as first class communication skills. You will be young, hungry and have an attitude of wanting to learn.
The extra key things we are looking for here are people with a strong commercial mind who are highly numerate, with a track record of data analysis and ability to multi task. You will currently be a fresh graduate or a junior ABM in a top FMCG multinational and be looking to move to one of the finest FMCG’s in the world.
Those with healthcare, nutrition and food experience will have an advantage although this is not a must. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn the core marketing skills, be exposed to a regional role and then move into a brand manager role within 2 years. International candidates will be considered for this and fluent Arabic speakers are a must have; both written and verbal.
