Marketing Coordinator | Doha, Qatar
· Communicate the Marketing Plan to the agents at the regional sales offices
· Assist on establishing monthly Marketing Plan for approval
· Coordinate and consolidate sales forecast from sales agents
· Work with sales regions and Q-Chem Business Services on order and shipment execution
· Coordinate and manage stock transfer to external warehouses
· Maintain end month stock and backlog records by grades and packaging type per regions
· Assist to evaluate monthly achieved prices by products and prepare monthly PE pricing per regions
· Maintain proper transaction record for customers account volume rebates
· Assist to evaluate Q-Chem customers complaints and provide summary and recommendation
Knowledge Skills and Experience
* University or College Degree holder of Business/Marketing or Engineering in related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years relevant Marketing experience in a Petrochemical organization.
* Good command of written and verbal English.
* Strong Competency and proficient in the use of Excel, Power Point and the use of SAP.
* Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of polymer technology would be an asset.
The individual must possess excellent work ethic and be able to function effectively in a multi-cultural team environment. Previous Middle-East work experience would be a definite asset.
