The candidate should have potential to learn how to communicate effectively between the client and team members to insure a smooth project execution while nurturing a beneficial and meaningful relationship with the client.
The candidate should:
-Have Agency experience
•Have managed at least one junior communication executive team member in their past work experience.
•Work closely with team members and take internal ideas on board, build on them and bring them to life in an improved shape.
•Communicate constructive feedback to his/her team
•Yearn to become a better professional by learning from others around him/her
•Display emotional intelligence
•Work with all departments efficiently and professionally
•Be able to manage financial responsibility of the accounts handled by the team
•Adapt his / her life to the needs of the business
•Be straightforward, a go-getter and an ambitious, proactive team player
•Have an unconditional passion for advertising and communication
•Be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
•Be a strategic planner and thinker
- Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising or marketing.
- Bachelor degree in Advertising / Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field
- Bilingual is a MUST(English and Arabic)
