Research Analyst | Averda International Dubai
This role reports to the Acquisitions Director at Averda International’s corporate headquarters.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in:
Feasibility Studies
Business Plan preparation (Market, Financial, Legal, etc.) including text writing and graphical illustration. Market research (products, market players and competition, pricing, legislation, etc) Analysis of sectors of activities, markets and companies Preparation of presentations.
Data Collection
Collection of Information from world wide web, publications, interviews, contacts as well as public and private databases. Dealing with government entities, market research companies, financial advisers, lawyers, etc. Knowledge of UAE/GCC major public departments (Municipality, Economic Department, Labor & Immigration, Ministries, etc.) Other Assisting Acquisition Director on various ad-hoc assignments Analysis of Financial Statements.
Requirements
Mandatory skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Excellent Report writing skills
Excellent working knowledge of Report and Presentation preparation software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop) and computer literacy in general
Willingness to travel and go on the ground to collect information
Valid UAE Driver’s License and possession of car
Desirable:
MBA Arabic Speaking
