Strategy Director | Dubai, UAE
One of the world’s premier strategic Branding Companies, is looking for an entrepreneurial thought- leader, to join their expanding team. The Director of Strategy will be responsible to deliver world- class branding advice to existing clients, develop and present in-depth brand strategy presentations, build and lead a team of strategy consultants and help shape and grow the office through new business and marketing incentives working closely with the Managing Director, Director of Business Development and the creative team. The Strategic Director will work closely with the Global Strategy Director and Chief Strategy Officer to launch and implement company products, tools, and process throughout the firm. They will be responsible for all Middle East client strategy deliverable.
• Deliver world-class branding advice to clients and grow client relationships
• Develop and present comprehensive in depth brand strategy presentations using the company tools
• Build and lead a team of brand strategists and research analysts over the long term
• Help shape and grow the Dubai office through thought-leadership, new business and marketing initiatives working closely with the MD, Director of Business Development and the creative team
• Participate on behalf of company at speaking engagements and conferences
Skills
• Must have at least 8 years experience in a leading brand consulting business
• Proven experience in delivering superlative branding advice and growth in client relationships
• Advanced knowledge of all aspects of brand strategy, brand positioning and brand architecture
• Excellent public speaking and management proficiency, with demonstrated delegation skills
• Must exude an inspirational character with a ‘Can-do’ attitude
• Experience in large scale telecoms, finance, government sectors
