• Provide the leadership, vision and support to help Clients drive short term sales and build long term brand values
• Have a thorough understanding of the Clients business and market
• Be able to identify problems and opportunities in advance, main problem solver for problems pertaining his teams/ respective departments
• Have a good financial sense by ensuring that the account runs efficiently and profitably
• Build good relationships with Clients that are based on a professional respect
• Have a positive, effective relationships across all the agency departments
• Train and motivate all staff underneath
• Have strong project and time management skills
• Exercise overall quality control for the accounts
• Have effective and creative problem solving skills
• Be able to persuasively put forward the Agency point of view
• Share information within the account group with our departments, align with key people on decisions that affect them
• Ability to judge creative and comment effectively
• Work closely and effectively to define the brand strategy and be a solid strategic thinker, pertaining to mega presentations, setting the skeleton, the strategy, the tactics, operate on strategic presentations & proposals
