• Have hands-on on the account job charges and cost controls
• Understand and project a positive attitude with the clients
• Have good presentation and writing skills
• Be involved with Account Executive’s daily training, oversee their work and focus on developing their abilities
• Develop a thorough understanding of print and broadcast production “ ATL only if relevant”
