Job Description
Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for the development of annual sales and executive strategies to achieve sales targets. This position is also responsible for leading and monitoring sales team performance and working with existing / potential clients to cultivate and maintain business relationships and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

KPIs:
•In charge of sales in the designated area
•Plans the sales to achieve company objectives
•Ability to administrate sales process starting with Opportunity Identification till closing deals
•Ability to expand customer base and market share by maintaining contacts with key accounts
•Conduct market survey
•Develop business and introduce new products
•Monitor market and suggest required modification either in product or sales
•Ensures customer satisfaction by offering quality service
Skills
•B.S. Degree In Engineering
•Fluent communication in both oral and written English and spoken Arabic.
•5 years experience in Sales administration
•Good reference with the local contractors and project developers
•Age between 30-40 years
•Computer literate
•Saudi Driving license
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
