Bilingual Client Servicing Executive / Manager | Dubai, UAE
Our client a leading multinational agency based in Dubai is looking for an experienced client servicing manager to join their team.
Your role as account manager will entail being responsible for a number of accounts, managing the work of the account executives and being the key person in charge of budgets and administration. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years experience in an events/branding agency; ideally in Dubai.
Your role as an Account Manager will entail being responsible for managing their various projects. The ideal candidate must have the ability to build a relationship from within Client accounts. This role requires someone to work with the Production Team to co-ordinate the development of projects from concept to delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and projects across a broad range of creative, technical and/or specialist activities
• Develop existing Client relationships in order to effectively communicate the Department’s operations and capabilities and to ensure a consistent and growing flow of work into the department
• To work with colleagues to ensure that the overall Department portfolio is managed effectively
• Advise the client on the best solutions to their communication needs
• Create, design and implement these solutions
