Business Development Manager |Miller Hay Dubai, UAE
The Role
International law firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to provide business development and marketing support to their sector teams in the UAE. The role will provide support and guidance on developing, implementing and monitoring business plans. Responsibilities will include overseeing the management of sector pipelines to ensure opportunities are being maximised to drive fee revenues, undertake briefing sessions on targetting activities and developing strategies to convert new opportunities and managing the pitch progess from planning and preparation through to production, presentation and de-brief for high level opportunities. The role will also involve research, monitor of competitor activity, undertake business development inductions, provide business development training to fee earners, assist in organising relevant client events and manage the business development and marketing budget for relevant sectors. There will be some international travel involved so flexibility will be key.
RequirementsYou must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interact positively at all levels, demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have excellent problem solving and analytical skills. You must have significant business development experience within a professional services environment, experience of managing client relationships, developing and implementing business and marketing plans. Ideally you will have knowledge of the Middle East markets. Salary 30-35K + Benefits |
