The Role
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the sales team, the marketing team, all exporting activities, and retail sales. You will have full responsibility for the P&L and must drive sales as required. As part of this role you will manage all business to business relationships with a variety of different retailers and use your technical understand of the FMCG products you are distributing. You will look for new business opportunities and acquire new customers for your products. As part of this role you will manage a total of 7 direct reports.
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
• Will have 5 years + experience in managing a P&L
• Worked within the UAE and GCC markets
• 5 years + experience of marketing and sales within the FMCG industry
• Experience in Business to Business sales
• Arabic speaking.
