Job Description
Our client, an international leading Civil/Marine services company providing marine and engineering solutions to the global energy industry with primary focus on MENA . The company is one of the longest established construction companies in the UAE. With a head office in Dubai, they have offices in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah and operate in the UAE and other Gulf countries. With the constant expansion over the region, the company is now looking for Corporate Communications Officer/Manager to be based in Dubai and handling communications strategies. Principal Responsibilities and Duties
1. Responsible for corporate image and communication contents.
2. Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the operation.
3. Responsible for submitting a monthly Corporate Communications summary report.
4. Ensuring full adherence to corporate brand guidelines across the organization.
5. Formulation and control of the company-wide Corporate Communication budget.
6. Will be expected to organize exhibitions, events etc. for all companywide events.
7. Plan and implement Marketing and Communications strategy in consultation with the Head of Investor Relation.
8. Provide Communications support to the Business Units across the Group.
9. Responsible for the day to day written and visual creative process for press releases, disclosures, public statements, quarterly and annual reports, and advertisements.
10. Liaise with Advertising agencies, PR agencies and Marketing Groups to promote business and increase company’s visibility in relevant markets.
11. Manage compilation and production of corporate quarterly internal magazine for circulation to all employees and selected external target audiences.
Skills
• We are looking for is someone who has commendable verbal & written English communication skills; is presentation savvy; can professionally influence and convince stake-holders & clients.
• Arabic language skills and construction contracting background are our preferences.
