Job Description:
As a Design Studio Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Traffic management, by ensuring all briefs are dispatched in the studio according to Designer’s skills and strengths
- Ensure all work is delivered promptly to internal (account managers, production) and external clients
- Ensure every step of every project is road mapped
The scope of work is as follows:
• Workload dispatch
• Compiling studio schedules for Senior Management meetings
• Compiling Road map for projects
• Constant update of Studio schedules
• Designer’s annual leaves coordination
• Prompt timesheet collection
Skills:
- The Design Studio Manager should have excellent organisational and communications skills. He/she will be required to take initiatives, be firm at times.
- An acute sense of deadlines and thorough understanding of how a creative studio operates is essential.
- Excellent understanding of MS Office (in particular Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and spoken English essential.
- Arabic speaker an advantage
