The Role
Our client, an international investment bank is looking for an Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to manage and maintain the conference and events calendar as well as budget and purchase of events/conference related items.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct competitor research, evaluations and reporting.
• Help develop booth designs and related branded collateral.
• Coordinate with the design/advertising agency on all print production.
• Follow processes for executing the sponsorship and associated events.
• Gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions.
• Draft all communication text applicable to the events (invitations, letters, Internal announcement etc.).
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree preferred; though significant work experience can substitute for the degree.
