Head of Marketing | Horizon International UAE
The Role:
- The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing the brand image through effective promotions and campaigns.
- You will Plan and manage all personal and commercial marketing programs in line with strategy and product initiatives.
- Propose the annual marketing budget and manage the marketing spend against the budget.
- You will ensure consistency, relevance and quality of communications messages and creative concepts.
- You will monitors performance of reporting line managers and assist in goal-setting, budgeting and management.
- You will Perform personnel management duties including performance appraisals, training and support the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years Marketing Management experience.
- Must have strong oral and written communication in English
- Must have experience in marketing large campaigns.
The successful candidate will be offered excellent remuneration package, commensurate with qualification and experience.
