Key Account Manager (Al Rostamani Communications) | Al Rostamani Group Of Companies Dubai, UAE
• Lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a team.
• Create and maintain accurate / accessible and organized documentation.
• Effectively communicate daily campaign performance by producing all necessary reports in an effective, timely and tailored manner.
• Present campaign results and strategy at senior management level, whilst considering the variety of knowledge levels within the audience.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Effectively manage customer & staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations.
• Create customers in defined Market Segment.
• Preparation of Proposals, follow up, presentation to customer and finalizing orders.
• Meeting monthly financial budgets, creating healthy pipeline for future business.
• Co-ordination with engineers, sales coordinator and accounts for quality of sales.
• Regular up gradation of skills.
• Coordination with suppliers as and when required.
• Creating major accounts and managing sales process.
• Guiding Sales Consultants and any support required by them
Skills
• Minimum 3 years Corporate sales experience of Network security, servers & Storage products in the UAE.
• Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Engineering/Management graduate or graduate with relevant IT industry certificates
Education
IT or Telecom Engineering Graduate
