Advertising Sales Representative | AWI Company Qusais or Abu Dhabi Branches, UAE

The Role

• Job Objective: Promote, market and sell advertising space in on of our English
Classified ads publication to direct clients.

• Main responsibilities :

- Work on achieving the set sales target;
- Handle several accounts of direct clients and agencies.
- Make proper presentation of our services, and accomplish all required activities from follow up to closing sales deals;
- Make proper after sales follow up and make sure the client is satisfied of the service;
- Work on increasing his/her number of clients by targeting new sectors and contacting new and potential clients;
- Submit daily required reports on conducted client visits;
- Establish a friendly and professional relationship with clients.

• Reporting to : Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager
• Other interactions : External Clients, Team Members, Collection Department, and Ads Booking Department
• Duration : Permanent
• Desired start date : January 2011
• Probation : 3 to 6 months
• Working hours : Sunday- Thursday; 9h00 am – 6h00 pm

• Package: AED 4,000 – 4,500
+ Commission Monthly commission upon reaching sales target
+ Bonus: Yearly bonus dependent purely on performance appraisal
+ Other Benefits: Medical Insurance + 1 yearly economy ticket to home country

Requirements

- Min 1 year of experience in with a classifieds ad publication
- Experience in outdoor media sales
- Excellent negotiation, convincing and sales skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
- Good knowledge of MS Office
