Branding Executive | Manama, Bahrain

Our client is headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. They have international operations that work across three continents; specialising in sales and marketing, logistics and supply chain management in distributing FMCG products.

They are currently looking to recruit a Branding Executive, who can represent the designated brand as their ‘in market’ brand champion. This person will also need to implement various brand promotions across the trade in accordance with principal specifications, arranging all aspects of each promotion to ensure compliance with requirements and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate should maintain good relationships with the brand owners, and assists the Marketing Manager in the formulation of the annual Marketing Plan.

Key responsibilities include:-
• Plan and manage the annual marketing brand plans in accordance with global marketing policies
• Organise and oversee brand sponsored events
• Coordination and implementation of sponsorships
• Liaise regularly with all external agencies related to promotional development and implementation
• Maintain a close status of promotional activities
• Work closely with the Wholesale and Retail teams to coordinate and assist with the implementation of promotions
• Develop the Annual Marketing Plan
• Manage all Point of Sale and merchandising processes

Education / Qualifications
• Diploma in Sales / Marketing, or Graduate in a business related subject with specialised Marketing qualifications
• Fluency in spoken and written English (Arabic an advantage)
• Valid Bahraini Driving License
• Experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a Sales / Marketing environment,
• Experience of arranging promotional activities preferable.
