My client a leading Middle East business finance and news company are currently seeking to recruit recruit an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of the construction industry across the Middle East.

The successful candidate will be involved in sourcing project intelligence on major Real Estate developments for a community of Contractors, Suppliers, Consultants and Bankers. The successful candidate will be leading a team of research and business analysts to develop an online platform dedicated to project opportunities across the Middle East.

Knowledge of the following would be desirable: Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Power and Water or Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
* Planning and strategy
* Managing and training the research team (initially 6 members)
* Define research policies and procedures
* Identify new initiatives and innovate
* Progress reporting

Required Qualification/Skills:
* 4 to 8 years in related role, previous experience in a recognized management consultancy organization is a definite advantage.
* Understanding of projects and contracting.
* Able to work under pressure and be a result oriented individual.
* Bright and ambitious to develop a unique service.
* Impeccable command of English, both written and verbal and able to communicate with executives at all levels.
* Internet savvy.
* Fluent in Arabic & English
