Content Management Team Leader | d1g.com Amman

The purpose of this position is to plan, organize, and direct the Content Management department to ensure the timely, accurate and thorough updates of all website content.

Assigns work to staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.

Plans staff requirements according to production needs.

Communicates with other departments to adress thier needs.

Trains and coaches team members, and provides them with feedback on their work.

Skills

Excellent language skills (Arabic and English): proficiency in vocabulary, spelling, syntax; ability to recognize alternate meanings, phonetic equivalents and irregular words.

Solid managerial/supervisory experience of 3-5 years.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience in managing content and production for high traffic websites.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or a related field .
