Corporate Strategic Markets Manager/Analyst – Qatar, Income Tax Free Region

$550,000 to $700,000 USD package

My Qatari based client have enormous strategic and operational plans over the next 5 years which includes major investments in agriculture development projects for food production in regions where food can be produced in a sustainable way and costs can be effectively managed. My client is looking to become a global provider by growing, processing and marketing high quality food products under a brand of excellence. To become a vertically integrated business from “Farm to Fork”.

We are looking for a Strategic Markets Manager to spearhead all advisory and corporate decisions and investments globally for my client. These decisions will affect the way the business trades and where it trades around the world. We are ideally seeking an individual that has worked for a major global player that fully understands production methods through to retail practices. Having held a senior strategic “Think Tank” role previously and led global businesses into new markets and unchartered waters, this is a very forward thinking role that will require a pro-active and energetic individual. You may come from; International Trade & Development, Government or Agri-finance backgrounds. You will however, be experienced in analysing different commodity sectors and advise when and where to make investments and strategic corporate moves to ensure the smooth running of the business and the continuity of raw material coming into Qatar.

You will have;
Business / Marketing Degree and Masters preferably.
Superb Market Forecasting skills
Qualitative and Quantitative research techniques
An understanding of Country Demographics
A strategic planner that is able to advise on corporate decisions and future investments around the globe
An understanding of major Commodities and how to analyse the sectors thoroughl
