Production/ Studio Manager | FULL STOP Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Trafficking all studio work and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Setting projects priorities in studio to better utilize studio manpower.
- Arrange for all internal reviews meetings.
- Handle agency archiving and filing system.
- Coordinate with client service teams on all timing and deadlines.
- Deal directly with agency suppliers and freelancers.
-Thorough knowledge in estimating printing jobs with a clear understanding of negotiations in relation to maintaining maximum extraction whilst not jeopardising on quality.
- Monitors and sets up agreements with suppliers and is pro-active in cost reduction solutions in negotiations.
- Supply of purchase orders to suppliers, checking and approval of invoices.
- Check to ensure artwork, proofs and print material are correct, on time and on budget.
Skills
- 3-5 years+ experience in print production
- A total understanding of all printing processes both analogue and digital
- Extensive knowledge of all technical aspects of press/print
- Up to date knowledge of technology and pending developments
- Previous similar experience is MUST.
