Monitoring Executive | Klipp Middle East Dubai, UAE
The Monitoring Executive will be responsible for accurate and efficient monitoring of their respective media channel.
Regular duties involve ensuring close liaison with the News Center Manager to ensure efficiency within the News Center operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure accurate monitoring of their respective media channel through appropriate utilization of technology software.
2. Consistently follow operating process flows to ensure seamless transition and integration of media content.
3. Be fully aware of their customers profile, key words and competitors.
4. Ensure all administrative customer details are correctly and accurately entered in the monitoring technology.
5. Verifying content news data from respective source.
6. Exporting of verified content to beintheknow.com portal with all supporting criteria.
7. Ensure delivery of daily, weekly and monthly monitoring reports to their respective client profiles.
8. Continuously asses and review customers profiles and content.
9. Report any flaws, errors and discrepancies to the News Center Manager in a timely manner.
10. Have received full training on all monitoring technology software applications.
Skills
1. The individual will have a strong understanding of media and communications, including both traditional and social media.
2. Experience with and knowledge of PR and Marketing systems.
3. Have solid experience with computer systems and networks.
4. Must be fluent in writing and reading Arabic and English.
5. In-depth knowledge and experience within the region.
EDUCATION
• High School or College Degree with at least two years experience in a media, PR capacity.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in relevant field
