ELT Sales & Marketing Executive | Pearson Dubai, UAE

Reporting to the ELT Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be required to increase market share and develop relationships with schools, academic institutions and distributors, as well as identify and expand emerging market channels.

Key Accountabilities

Achieve sales target within individual specified sales territory
Reporting and tracking of sales opportunities
Feeding back to marketing & editorial colleague’s details of market needs to ensure our product is best suited to our customers
Arrange presentations and joint-calling with colleagues

Key Skills/Experience:

Knowledge of Middle East is preferable but not absolutely necessary.
Strong commercial focus – needs to meet sales targets
People skills – dealing with internal colleagues as well as external customers
Ability to target key growth markets – identify and follow-up on opportunities
Computer skills – MS Office, ability to learn internal systems
Must have a valid driving license for the UAE
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and/or experience in sales & marketing and educational publishing would be an advantage
