Our client is leading Event Management based in Abu Dhabi is looking to recruit an Events Coordinator to sources, plans and organizes new concepts for events. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to- Assists in planning events, assuring quality standards, monitoring deadlines, workflow, progress and fulfillment of objectives Assists in managing resources needs for the sector and guarantee timely and consistent implementation of events Coordinates and communicates all key aspects of events, location, detailed schedule, etc… and arranges visa for guests and artists Assists in the promotion program in coordination with internal and external parties and ensures the smooth running of all events from set up until clearance Coordinates the participation to inter-institutional networks, meetings and events as well as coordinates the creation of contents for printed publications, web sites, audiovisual and promotional materials regarding educational program Liaises with officials and people in charge to ensure smooth execution of events and performs other jobs assigned and directed by the Founder from time to time.

Skills
The ideal candidate should have good work experience in similar role with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to work in a team environment Proficiency in written and oral English and Arabic and computer literacy are essential.
