Events & Sponsorship Executive | Abu Dhabi, UAE

One of the leading leisure and tourism organisations in the UAE

The role will be:
• To Secure sponsorship for events – Exhibitions, shows, workshops and parties
• Organisedall logistics of events and workshops.
• Produce all events
• Outsource elements of events to caterers, venues, show choreographers, technical
• Produce event production schedules for all events
• Put together new workshops and events from conceptualisation, implementation and after event follow up
• Manage and worke within strict event budgets
• nvitation & guest list management
• Deal with event sponsors, public and celebrities during organisation and production of events
• Put together and structured trade exchange agreements with suppliers and venues
• Organise all travel arrangements for events team, sponsors and celebrity guests.
• Secure and managed agreements with entertainers – bands, promotional staff, models, celebrities and guest speakers

The Candidate
You will have at least 3 years Event and Sponsorship experience from either an Agency or Client. Fluency in English is essential and a portfolio of your previous work.
You will currently be living in Dubai or preferably Abu Dhabi.
