Events Executive | Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our client, a leading events management company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Events Executive to source, plan and organise new concepts for events. Your responsibilities will include Assisting in planning events, assuring quality standards, monitoring deadlines, workflow, progress and fulfillment of objectives Providing support for managing resources needs for the sector and ensuring timely and consistent implementation of events Co-ordinating and communicating all key aspects of events, location, detailed schedule and arranging visas for guests and artists Helping in the promotion programme in coordination with internal and external parties and ensures the smooth running of all events from set up until clearance Organising the participation to inter-institutional networks, meetings and events as well as the creation of contents for printed publications, web sites, audiovisual and promotional materials regarding educational programme Liaising with officials and people in charge to ensure smooth execution of events and performing other jobs assigned and directed by the Management from time to time.

Skills
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to work in a team environment. To qualify for this role, you will have proficiency in computers and outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic
